Correct Reproduction Batteries for Your Restored Car!

Restoration Battery has been selling Reproduction Batteries for Classic, Antique and Restored Cars for more than 30 years!

The company was founded in 1978 by Tom, “The Battery Guru”. Why the “The Battery Guru”? Because of his wealth of knowledge about cars and batteries - just call and find out. Tom still answers the phone today, taking time to answer all your questions. If Tom doesn’t know the answer, rest assured - he will find it!

From Car Restorer to the Reproduction Battery EXPERT!

Tom started selling new old stock batteries in 1978, when he was restoring his own classic car. When Tom had the correct battery installed for judging, others also wanted a correct battery for their car. Tom was able to find additional new old stock batteries that he started selling to other car restorers. In the late 80’s, the remainder of new old stock batteries dwindled and reproduction batteries came on the market.

Tom has restored several Corvettes that have earned Bloomington Gold and NCRS Top Flight awards. Tom is currently driving a 1962 Buick Invicta Station and a restoring a 1968 Chevrolet Impala Station Wagon. Tom has been a member of the National Corvette Restorers Society since 1975 and is a member of the Buick Club of America and the National Impala Association.

Tom is a “car” person and will take time to answer all your questions personally, ensuring you get the correct battery for your car. No other dealer has the knowledge that Tom does to know what is REALLY correct for your classic, antique, restored or survivor car!

Today I carry a complete line of reproduction batteries for all makes and models, including GM, FORD, CHRYSLER, AMERICAN MOTORS and FERRARI. Most batteries I carry are Maintenance Free reproduction units. These have an "AGM" (absobent glass mat) battery in the original case, making a “modern day” battery, but retaining the assembly line look for your classic car.

Featuring an authentic look, our Maintenance Free Reproduction Batteries use the same cases, top covers, and removable vent caps as an assembly line battery - The look is the same! No Acid ~ No Leaking ~ No Boiling Over. Delivered fully charged and ready to insStall with a 4 Year Warranty (1st Year Free Replacement).
